Absolute garbage experience. No one can help at the gas station, customer service can't help. 24 hour lockout on the app. Tried making a new email linking a new card and I got locked out again. I went and filled my sister's car and it went all fine. Went back 5 minutes later with my car and I'm all locked out for too many attempts of filling gas. If you can't fill up as much gas you want, then you're the least american gas station across the country.

I've used the app maybe about 20 times. About 15 of those times it gives me an error message saying that something has gone wrong but the payments still somehow go through to let me buy the cheaper gas so that was fine. But the last five times I've tried to buy gas this week it has not let me purchase gas at all, so I'm stuck paying the more expensive price because their app isn't working and no one inside the store can verify my account. Very frustrating overall

I just signed up on this app, selected THE ONLY location in the area, yet I keep getting booted along with the error msg that keeps saying, "There's a problem with your network!!!"" This, my wifi in on, AND once I turn off wifi to utilize my AT&T 5G Network THEY STILL BOOT ME OFF WITH THIS BS MSG! MoFo's can't even get that right!
