There is no way to update your banking information on this app, and no way to get ahold of anyone to help update the information. The app support phone number is overwhelmed and will hang up after 6 minutes, so there is no chance of talking to a rep, and the email they suggest you use to contact doesn't accept more emails. I really liked the app until I changed bank accounts. The discount was helpful and the ease of payment was nice. But the support and end user experience are terrible.

It continually gives an error when trying to process your payment method. I have used a few different cards, all good cards, and the same error occurs. You can see the pump attempting to authorize, but then you get the error. I then use the same card to pay physically at the pump (without discount since I can't use their app, of course!) and works just fine.

The only good thing about this app is its convience. It boasts savings that...don't happen. I advertises games on there that you can connect to, to play to get additional savings that they don't honor. They claim it takes 24 hrs, but I've been waiting a week and still never saw the so-called savings. Just the advertisement saying "play this game to save money on your gas"
