Its confusing, no detailed checking info...hard to understand where you stand. I would like to see a running tally as things come thru. Credit card balance is confusing..it says balance is how much credit you still have available not the amount you owe...its not helpfull i have to rely on a paper itemized statement to understand it

If your main purpose is to see the dep/debits from your accnt, the app is great for you. The cons: Bill pay is a pain through the app. Not enough detail for pending debits.. I have two diff accnt numbers but the app will only remember log in info for one.

Often when I log in, the app doesn't let me press any buttons and it forces me to wait until later in the day for it to work. Or I have to reinstall every time, is very inconvenient.
