Just downloaded the app, was able to create an account but cannot log in. Just stuck in loading screen after taking picture, then will have to keep waiting but it never let me in so have to wait again to take another picture then wait again then repeat. Much better instead of just picture, add another way to log in.

the app is good. easy to navigate but it updates too often. you see I have been using it for almost half a month and had two pawn tickets to renew on a different dates but whenever I do so, it automatically says, need to update. second, it deletes all the transactions you had. thankfully I had a habit of doing screen shot in every transaction that I do so I don't mind at all but for those users who don't. how can they track their records. it has a lot of need to improve for the betterment.

I paid my bills through the app. the transaction was failed but the money was deducted from my account. it's been a week but the money wasn't refunded yet. I have informed that it will take 1-2 BD for it to be back but until now, it doesn't have a resolution. I've called and contacted them through chat but didn't get any resolution.
