For the developer of the Palawanpay app. Kindly focus on fixing the update email address part of the users account. I've been dealing with this problem for so long, I couldn't add my email address to my account because every time I add the verification code, it will always give me a notice of "Something went wrong". In your next app update, I hope this problem will be fixed.

Worst customer service. Lost my phone along with the registered number. Tried to follow up to change to a new phone number. They just keep on asking for more information as a reply. I provided it all. Even a handwritten letter. Still they keep asking for more information. Takes a lot of time to respond and sometimes the messages get rejected due to queue. Other than that, they keep sending you survey emails even when they haven't done anything to help. Will never install this everrr again

I have an app verified a long time ago. My only problem with the app since I have an Irlen syndrome which i can hardly read black text with a white background is that I can not screen shot nor zoom its features inside the app. How I'd like to use this app but I am taking a hard time reading its offered features. Wish you could still manage to update and have a changeable theme from white to black background. And one thing more why is screenshot prohibited unlike other e wallets and bank apps?
