the worst customer service ever, They keep misinforming me and hangs up on me. All I want is a confirmation email or message of our call documentation of their promises because all they give is broken promises. I even download this app for convenience for my pawn renewal and now my payment was not pushed through to the branch where I do my pawn, they keep telling me that the payment pushed through on their end and will send me an email within a day until it became 3 day to 5 day. Never again.

Please fix your verification code. I tried to create an account but was unable to continue because I am not receiving the code. 6x attempts to resend, switched to airplane mode and restarted my device. I have full reception and getting other messages.

Fix your verification system! I cannot get my school ID verified because it says the ID did not match the format even though I chose school ID in Option 2. The image wasn't even that blurred so it cannot be a camera issue
