For the developer of the Palawanpay app. Kindly focus on fixing the update email address part of the users account. I've been dealing with this problem for so long, I couldn't add my email address to my account because every time I add the verification code, it will always give me a notice of "Something went wrong". In your next app update, I hope this problem will be fixed.

Worst customer service. Lost my phone along with the registered number. Tried to follow up to change to a new phone number. They just keep on asking for more information as a reply. I provided it all. Even a handwritten letter. Still they keep asking for more information. Takes a lot of time to respond and sometimes the messages get rejected due to queue. Other than that, they keep sending you survey emails even when they haven't done anything to help. Will never install this everrr again

not convenient to use especially when signing up. the code takes time to send to your number and the timer is too fast. i have done it many times but the timer makes my life so miserable to start..i uninstalled it and signed up to another platform.
