I sent money from gcash to palawan pay by scanning the QR code and it went through. The balance reflected on the app and after that I transfered it to GOtyme. it confirmed the transaction and deducted the funds but the recipient hasn't received the money and the worst is that the cash in and sending to GOtyme transaction is not even showing on the transaction history. I tried reaching out to their support but it takes hour to reach them and on the email, I haven't received any reply.

Nagbayad ako ng bills tapos nag double transactions!! Kasi nag hang up ang APP at system. I ask for refund pero walang sagot. Better do your job palawan pay. Kailangan ko pa sana ang money for other bills pero hindi na lang kasi na double. Contact me and I NEED REFUND. It's 2K. You can't find those money to paid other bills. I rather choose app for higher fee than this app. Yeah it's cheap but the system and app nah.

Just downloaded the app, was able to create an account but cannot log in. Just stuck in loading screen after taking picture, then will have to keep waiting but it never let me in so have to wait again to take another picture then wait again then repeat. Much better instead of just picture, add another way to log in.
