The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

Panda has been the only food service app I've dealt with that gave me the absolute most difficulty in trying to restore my account. I tried the forget password option where they're supposed to email you a verification code in which I never receive or if I did, it arrives hours, not days later. I've accumulated a lot of points as well so it's really disappointing to have to go through all these hoops. Until this is resolved, I'm never going back to panda nor recommending it to anyone again.

11/7. Nope. App worked for one week. Tried to clear my payment methods and put them back in. Now, it won't even let you add a credit card. 10/24. They fixed it after several weeks!!! Five stars!!! 10/10/25 The app still cannot take a payment. It gets stuck. 10/3/25 The app hangs up. I get an order in but when it comes to payment I get the circle. The app cannot process payment. This at least two weeks now.
