Unable to use customize feature since last update. I can do the customization but whe I go to add to order I get a black banner that says " something went wrong, try again later ". Very frustrating 😕 Panera has lost business, since I tried to order 4 times this past week and have ordered elsewhere for a quick pickup. Addendum: I contacted Panera directly and they quickly fixed the problem. I saw a new update for the App and loaded it. Worked perfectly! Great response!

Constantly have issues with the app. I changed the qty of an item, and it changed another's qty instead, causing double of a meal instead of a drink or utensils. Then, when I got to edit qty, it erased the whole meal, and I had to start over. Happens everytime I use the app. Only food service app that I have any issues with. Can not recommend this app any less.

EDIT: Forgot to say that the "Order again" feature has been broken. Everytime I use it, the app would say the items are not available even though they are. If Windows XP made a comeback in 2024, this app would be it. Browsing is SLOW; it doesn't seem to cache important info for browsing. It feels more like a slow browser more than an app. Selecting menu items are also either delayed or non-existent. Overall subpar design. Take notes from the Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts apps. 👎
