It's 90% a nice app, but it's lacking for its most frequent customers: 1) the re-order option has been broken for months (falsely claims the item is unavailable) 2) you can't save a favorite store. Tapping the star gives an error. I have to put in my zip code every time I order (no, Panera, you can't have my location data). 3) when ordering a drink, it has you customize it first, but then you lose the customization selections if you change the drink size. Please let us select the size first!

The user interface of the app is easy to use and I've have no issues with processing payment, which is great...buuut.. The reward quality is definitely declining. What used to be a free pastry reward is now just $1 off a pastry instead. Also, there is no option to swap out side items for value duets. I have to put in special instructions to ask the store to swap the side out. The app is great, but you can tell that Panera is getting greedy.

Unable to use customize feature since last update. I can do the customization but whe I go to add to order I get a black banner that says " something went wrong, try again later ". Very frustrating 😕 Panera has lost business, since I tried to order 4 times this past week and have ordered elsewhere for a quick pickup. Addendum: I contacted Panera directly and they quickly fixed the problem. I saw a new update for the App and loaded it. Worked perfectly! Great response!
