When asked by my pelvic floor physical therapist how frequently do you urinate, I could only guess. She also recommended drinking half my weight in ounzes. This app not only tracks urination but also water intake. And it's easy to use. The only thing that would make it easier is taking the guess work out of the volume. I estimate by counting the seconds I'm micturating. Improvements to make is a front page summary dashboard. Otherwise, great app!

Keep coming back to this app. A simple way to track your bathroom habits. I just wish there was a way to add in if you are incontinent. Like if you use a diaper you don't have to put in the measurements, but instead it would be like a choice of completely saturated, leaking, damp, and an option for the poo tracker to also work that way. I truly like this app.
