With my attempts at keeping an eye on a package from overseas, I came across this app on a different (and definitely more usable) tracking app. Looked interesting, gave it a try. The free trial is only for three days. Even then, that's a pitiful amount of time. You can't even track anything without paying first. Literally unusable unless you pay.

I'd give it less than a Star if possible because what do you mean i can only start seeing my packages and therefore track them if i agree to a membership? How does the app then function if advertised in a normal setting? You could've just made people pay for the app and then release the ability to track packages- if necessary you could've added an additional service that would deem it okay but at that point i'd have no idea what other thing you could offer in a package tracking app.

I genuinely wouldn’t even give this app 1 star if there was a choice. The whole thing feels like a scam wrapped in a parcel tracker. Since when did customers have to pay extra just to properly track a package that retailers already paid to have delivered? That should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately I got lumped with Relay after my parcel was passed over from DPD, and the experience went downhill instantly.
