How does EasyPark work?
Download EasyPark to your mobile phone and register for free if you don’t have an account yet. Once you’ve parked your car, open the app, check the zone code based on your GPS location and press ‘Start’. Your parking session will be transmitted to parking enforcement officers based on your number plate, so you don’t need to worry about getting a ticket. An email, push, or SMS notification will help remind you about your active parking session. When you return to your vehicle, open the app and press ‘Stop’ to end the parking session. You can settle the parking costs on a monthly basis using a payment method of your choice.

Rip off! I'm about to delete this app, as soon as I find an alternative. Not once, not twice but almost every time, it does not stop the meter when I clicking the stop button. I click stop button when I'm ready to leave, and it directs me to the original screen, but it doesn't actually stop the meter. I ended up paying €30 in one occasion, as well as sevwral other times where it failed to stop the meter. Today, another €6 extra charged because it didn't stop the first time.

It's convenient to use as it allows you to pay for parking almost in the whole Netherlands. I changed the review from 5 to 3 stars, because after the rebranding the UI keeps hiding the current parking session from you, so it's easy to forget to stop parking & makes you worry if you parked at all, like when it suggests you start a new parking session in the place where you're already being parked. Also annoying ads for a premium, which after closing take you to completely different part of UI.

Absolute scammers, they don't want to recognize their technical errors of the notification banner not showing up when the app is still on use. Because of that I ended up paying 30 euros and they don't want to recognize it. This is basically an anti consumer move. I'm willing to be part of a class suite action! It seems that many consumers have been affected by this app as well. Update: their answer did not help AT ALL, they are not willing to reimburse me, they claim no error whatsover.
