Rubbish. Tried to register, got to the stage of registering my card waiting for an email. No email. Not in spam. Tried using mobile to reset password with no luck on that path. Used cash in the end. Waste of time. Will be writing to the council to suggest they stop using the service too. To address the pitiful response from the developer. I had 4/5 bars of 4g coverage. I'm following this and your response with the council, as an example of how you don't appear to be able to understand the user experience and dismiss criticism.
Haven't had a problem with this app until today. It's saying it can't find my GPS location, there's nothing wrong with my phone or data. I'm not sure if I'll be able to trust this app in the future, as it's caused me all sorts of problems this morning 😕 Since writing this review I have emailed this company twice with no reply. Their GPS wasn't working which resulted in me having to go to the pay point and pay cash for my parking space only to be charged for this space via the app, even tho it kept throwing up an error code and wouldn't work. I give them plenty of time to fix this before the invoice came out. Only to be invoiced yesterday and the payment is still there. I emailed them again yesterday and 24 hrs later still nothing. Very poor customer service, seems they only reply if you write a review. So here goes nothing, in the hopes of finally getting a reply.
Great when it works. However it can often not connect and show an error - even worse it will still charge you. And don't even try to contact them, premium rate number which isn't answered and absolutely no other options. Do their best to deflect all responsibility for refunds, etc
Absolutely appalling. Took way over an hour to get it to work the first day, then the following day when I am nowhere near my car so have no choice but to use the app to pay, struggle well over an hour to get it it to work again only to get a parking fine 9 minutes before it actually works!!
Since today can't login and therefore can't start any parking actions. Has been really unstable lately. Also before today it continually gave errors about GPS. App used to be great but quality had dropped down the drain.
Great app, used it on holiday so no need to have change all the time and pay for more than you need or have to return to car early as parking has run out. Would definitely recommend
