Was charged an entire day to park for a 2 hour swim with my sons. The software expected me to remember to end the session when I drove away. I am not ruled by my phone and didn't use it ll day. It clocked round to the end of the day and billed me accordingly. Easy way to make money for the company.
Help desk is useless.. Even the CEO seems to not care about customer complaints (on public TV). As a customer you are just a number and a way to make a quick buck.. There are many equally priced and much better alternatives.. Stay clear or regret it when it goes wrong and you need assistance..
When you turn of your parking action and for whatever reason your internet connection is not stable. it will turn of the app but not communicate this to the server. Then it keeps charging you for 2 days while you are not aware of this because the app has closed itself. Then you get a bill. And when you complain and ask for your money back fingers are pointed at it being tax which is unreverseble. And you can say goodbye to 25 euro's or more. Poor quality app with little function and Poor quality company that helps you by telling you its your own fault.
This app is a complete rip-off. If you arrive at a car park prior to the time that charges start in that car park and use this app, you will be charged from that moment. You will also be charged 15p administration charge every time that you use it. Awful. Plus,I have changed my details twice yet they remain incorrect.
Charged me £1.80 + service charge twice for 1 minute each time. Doesn't tell you if you're covered by a ticket or not. Pure guesswork, till the fine lands on your mat!
Parts of the app were in the wrong language and it was really difficult to update payment details. Took about 45mins. Convenient when it works but badly implemented. Wouldn't use it if i didn't have to.
Update - Some users experienced a crash, we have found the bug and crushed it.
