How does EasyPark work?
Download EasyPark to your mobile phone and register for free if you don’t have an account yet. Once you’ve parked your car, open the app, check the zone code based on your GPS location and press ‘Start’. Your parking session will be transmitted to parking enforcement officers based on your number plate, so you don’t need to worry about getting a ticket. An email, push, or SMS notification will help remind you about your active parking session. When you return to your vehicle, open the app and press ‘Stop’ to end the parking session. You can settle the parking costs on a monthly basis using a payment method of your choice.

Have used the app for over 7 years, and the experience has been ok until june of this year when EasyPark adamantly refused to correct a wrongfullt charged invoice. To make matters worse despite several emails and calls to highlight the issue, they not only increased the amount through a collector, but they still insisted I pay (was a rental that I was no longer using) customer service is poor and loyalty is/ was not rewarded so I have switched apps now. Needless to say I'm very disappointed.

Unreliable app. I activated a parking session (double checked it), but when coming back to my car it didnt show a parking session anymore (??), so praying I didn't get a fine. THE NEXT DAY an "Easypark is not responding" message pops up. Upon re-opening the app it says that my parking session is STILL ACTIVE resulting in a hefty bill. This isn't the first time either. After a 26 min wait time I got through to customer service and they'll reimburse me, but this headache shouldn't be necessary.

It works great but transaction fee is too high! Sometimes I need to park for 10-15 mins to pick up something from a shop and the transaction fee is higher than parking fee! Instapark has only 15 cents, transaction cost compared to easy park! Also the app does not use the actual location. I have parked in a free area without knowing and the app showed that I have to pay for parking...
