the price is ridiculous. for a small box with less than 2 kilos we have to pay for the price for large size. I used to like using Paxel. But knowing this now, I am changing to Esboks that is much more cheaper and reliable too

I appreciate the concept of this delivery service and was initially drawn to it for the promise of sameday delivery. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. Although the service provides same day pickup and delivery, my package could only be picked up the following day, defeating the purpose of choosing this option in the first place. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but clearer communication and more accurate timelines would greatly improve the customer experience.
