Ratings and reviews

For your own peace of mind, stay away from Paxum. Their fees are extremely high, and the withdrawal options are very limited. I regret choosing it as my withdrawal method on my Adsterra account.

Wish I could give zero stars. Like so many others have said: this app makes it impossible to use due to it's insane verification process. They just ask more and more unneccesary information. I have send several documents. Even though they had more than enough to verify my ID and adress. And yes, it contained éverything they asked for. It's too bad that some websites force you to have an account with Paxum in order to use them. They lose a ton of customers and income like this.

This is my second review, from 2 stars to 1,and it doesn't deserve that much. After a year of Paxum, with constant transfer/card errors and hefty fees, it appears now you can not even transfer your own money from your own account to a card that is on your own name, nore through a local bank transfer or a wire transfer. At each email they come up with an excuse and the solution they offer doesn't work. You can not make any payments, since you can not transfer to third parties. Simply useless.
