I had 3 months worth of transactions that never credited. The app never stays logged in, so I have to open it and log in for every transaction. Now when I open it, it just spins so I don't know if the offers are even activated anymore. I've logged out and back in and uninstalled/reinstalled. I emailed customer service with this information, all they had to say was uninstall and reinstall. Which if they had bothered reading my email they would've seen that I already did that.

I was just getting close to cashing out supposedly. I shop at CVS all the time and no earnings ever credit. The others did bit took months to credit and some are pending since January. But now close to payout and everything changes. Now I go to login and my account does not exist. I even tried the reset password link and it doesn't recognize my email and gives an error message. I would NOT recommend this app. While maybe there are technical problems it sure appears like they aren't credible.

I have had a couple of transactions pending for atleast 2 months now. It is tracking my purchases but nothing is getting finalized for transfer. I will hold out for atleast two more months and see what happens and will update accordingly. (Update: Success several pending transactions have passed through and are now in my bank account. It took approximately 2-3 months... yeah. My recommendation be patient.)
