Visit inspirafinancial.com, click “Log in” and select “Set up account” to get started. To log in to the app, you’ll use the same username and password you use on our website.

Secure access
You can log in securely with a verification code, touch ID fingerprint, Face ID and PIN code.

Ratings and reviews

Haven't been able to even log into app for past two months. Just gives "service error". Even when the app did "work" it would often display alerts saying that a claim needed additional documentation, when in reality everything was fine. My recommendation if you're forced to use this company for your FSA - stick to their website as that at least seems to be accurate...

Has issues. It messes up when logging in, doesn't always allow use of biometrics, among other issues. UPDATE: The app no longer works. I have to go to the website in order to view my account. It allows me to login then has an error and shows none of my account information. It's been this way foe months.

I can no longer utilize the app via my VPN. This had been an issue on and off for a couple months, but now it never works over the VPN. Also, the app thinks I've earned an incorrect amount of interest/dividends/gains - regularly reporting earnings over 100% of my investment. If I can ever get in, at least I am able to view my balances and manage investment options.
