Visit inspirafinancial.com, click “Log in” and select “Set up account” to get started. To log in to the app, you’ll use the same username and password you use on our website.

Secure access
You can log in securely with a verification code, touch ID fingerprint, Face ID and PIN code.

Absolutely ridiculous that the app REQUIRES me to have a screen lock on my phone to just be able to open the app! My bank doesn't even require that! So I have to set one up every time I use this app and then go back and take it off. And then when I go to "explore eligible expenses" and try to click on one of the letters of the alphabet, it doesn't do anything! Ugh

The sign in experience alone is a reason to just not use the app and go to the website. it doesn't tend to play friendly with password managers and is more tedious than the site. the app itself works fine, but it just doesn't seem like an app worth having on your phone. To sign into the app I get kicked off to a web page that requires JUST my username (which doesn't autofill for me), then username and password, then biometric. Online is user/pass and 2FA. Wish it had bio but still better

Terrible product. Buyer beware. Use it or lose it no matter what they say. Save absolutely every receipt to a file because you will be required to submit documentation for every single purchase... Possibly twice. Failure to do so will result in a demand for repayment even even after YOU have fully funded the account. Just just take that $60 or $80 every week and put it in your savings account. You'll feel better for it, I promise.
