Ratings and reviews

The maya personal app is a friendly-user app, and I don't find it hard to use its interfaces. However, the only problem I've encountered was its poor customer service capability. I had a problem with linking my new maya physical card for a couple of weeks now, and with every attempt, it always indicates there that it has a connectivity issue. Because of that, I've tried to raise my concern through calling the maya costumer service, but no one is answering the call.

Early pay with maya credit is somewhat confusing & frustrating. I've always wanted to pay exact amount, but it always deducted the interest, even if it's not my due date yet. Sometimes I think, I paid double for the interest. Because they deducted already for my early pay, but the interest is still appearing in my balance credit. Email support is not helping. I'm observing my last credit data as of September 1,2023. If I'm wrong or mistaken, I will get back here and give my apologies. If not,??

The application functions smoothly when transferring funds, but I have noticed that the transfer process lacks necessary security features. Specifically, there is no pop-up window to confirm the recipient's name, no requirement for an OTP or password, and no confirmation SMS. This can be concerning in case of an accidental input error. I would appreciate it if the app's security features could be enhanced to mitigate these risks.
