I've been trying to log in my account but after many attempts it failed. Instructing me for verification but it was always failed. now i have to settle a due to maya. But since i cant even open or log they are kept on texting me saying that payment is over and they will charge penalties. MAYA get this through and solve this issue. We cant even talk or contact cs because we have to logged in but it is the problem!

BE CAREFUL OF THIS APP. Charged me twice for a single purchase! Labeled as debit adjustment. I tried reaching out customer service but customer service is very unresponsive!!! YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Another issue I had is I was charged more than what is recorded in transaction history when I bought something. Support is futile and won't return the unrecorded deducted amount because they can't do basic math. THEY CAN GET MONEY FROM YOU ANYTIME WITHOUT RECORDS.

I can't even reset my password. I have tried multiple times and still it doesn't work. I tapped the 'forgot the password' thing and there's was something like you have to wait for an email and I did. I have received the email and tapped the 'reset the password'. I was directed to whazit a site or something but nothing happened. Just a notification that kind of somewhat states that I have to re-do the same process. I hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
