For several times already, trying to move money from my bank to the wallet often fails. the worst part is the lack of proper communication as to the issue. OTPs not being received, or banking screens not loading properly. And all they tell you is an error was encountered. I know my connection is fine as I can open my banking apps. The savings feature on Maya may be great but the wallet is just a horrible experience.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS APP. Charged me twice for a single purchase! Labeled as debit adjustment. I tried reaching out customer service but customer service is very unresponsive!!! YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Another issue I had is I was charged more than what is recorded in transaction history when I bought something. Support is futile and won't return the unrecorded deducted amount because they can't do basic math. THEY CAN GET MONEY FROM YOU ANYTIME WITHOUT RECORDS.

Errors in the app, simple ticking of wrong box cannot make it right, cant find settings of own profile. Error in creating savings account. No one to help, chatbot is no help, cannot reach a live agent to have account checked. Difficult to reach live representative for specific problems. This is scary for something we put our own money into.
