I submitted complete information to upgrade my account, multiple times, and still send me a message it is incomplete information. Attempted to contact customer support, and they do not respond. Over 48 hours. Time to give up and find a more competent system, although they have copies of my passport and ACR card, my address and personal information. Which I am now incredibly uncomfortable with.

The app is a little cumbersome but manageable, however help is non existent. There's a help bot that keeps you going in circles and if you get through to an agent they take your information but never get back to you. I sent money at the beginning of July it has still not arrived, it is now one week before September. I have opened 3 help tickets and they are in research mode for the past 3 months. It's a small amount ($60) but it makes me leary about using the app for any big transaction

The app is useful. I have been using it for years. It has a great UI, and easier to navigate compared to other digital wallet apps. But, the problem is the notifications. I hope the app does not fill my inbox with notifications about promos and other non-essentials. Please, allow the users to choose which notifications they want.
