Ratings and reviews

Super helpful, very easy way to pay for washing/drying without having to lug around a bunch of coins or dollars to turn into coins. The only downside (unless I just missed it) is that there's no way to flag a machine if it's having mechanical issues. I ended up paying for a dryer that was spinning but not heating, there should be a place to report those for maintenance.

SCAM it does not allow you to input the exact amount of money you need to put in for all the payments you need, it farms you for processing fees. It goes up to $5 input with the fee then jumps to $10 because they know their machines do $1.50 increments so they refuse to do $6+ transactions. Just another company forcing the cost of living to rise via nickle and diming. This is an app that I'll only ever use once because it's at a hotel.. why would I pay for more than I need?

Prices are set different than the machines so once you add funds, you'll have to add more due to them charging the incorrect price in the app. They also charge a fee if you don't add the amount they want and only allow you to add in certain quantities. I ended up wasting money just cause their price was wrong and they are no help to fix the issue.
