Ratings and reviews

This app is very difficult to use, but I have to do so in order to get my laundry done. They offered me a free dryer run if I confirmed my email address. But once I did so, the free offer disappeared. And maybe it's not their fault, but one load in the dyer is $3.75, yet it comes out 67 minutes later sopping wet. Expensive, bad user setup, scam offers.

Terrible idea for laundry! The app says it will allow many types of payments to load funds but all require some level of Identity Verification up to and including ID documents! To do laundry? NO! Non-reloadable prepaid gift cards aren't accepted. To use Store Gift cards, a payment method involving identity must be used a set number of times. Hard pass. The PayRange chat and email "help" is a bot but their phone number is listed online through the Oregon Chamber of Commerce.

This is helpful when you don't have coins but I'm annoyed that I couldn't pick my amount. I only needed $7 more dollars for our laundry and it allowed smaller increments ($5 and under charges a fee) or higher increments ($10 and up). $7 is more than $5 so shouldn't charge a fee but it wasn't an option. I could have done $5 and $2 but would have paid a fee on both. People should be able to put on whatever amount they need without pre-populated choices. Also- the machine # and app # don't match.
