The app worked fine at first (in '24/'25) but since the last update (Feb. '26) it won't allow biometric sign in or fast balance even though the account page IN THE APP says it's on. Every time I try it says it must be turned on. Also payment/spending notifications dont work either, even thought they are on and limits set. I wish there was another way to get my plasma donation funds. The app and the companies fee structure are horrible. wish I could leave negative stars.

App was always slow to load and wouldn't actually allow fast balance access. Last update completely crashed it. No app access. Error code on login attempts. Still able to login online with username and password. So I know its not that. Centers are saying they're moving towards appointments only, so we'll need the app to schedule and pre-register before arrival. Yet the app is entirely unfunctional now that they've pushed clients to all use it.

WHAT THE GLITCH !!!!! The latest update isn't compatible with Android. I kept getting errors when I attempted to log on. Called customer service and was told if I have an Android then I will not be able to use app during Paysign daily system updates which is "nighttime". If I want to use the app during system update hours, I would need to uninstall/delete the app and log in on the website or use an iPhone any time of day. Just a glitch that needs to be fixed for Android users only.
