One of the worst prepaid I've ever used. I accidently used this card instead of my main one since both cards are blue, for a transaction. They charged me a $1 for using it even though I had no funds. And I have to keep logging in with my credentials, the biometrics does not work. I wish plasma place would go back to BoA prepaid card, this one is the worst. Poor customer service. 8/26-Biometrics not consistent, like most banking apps. Thus I look at this company, as not stable nor secure.

I don't know what happened. the app worked great for the first few months, now the app won't open at all. at first I thought it was because of the AWS outage that affected all those other apps but it still doesn't work even after a week. I don't know what to do. **update** I can login to see my balance now but fast balance and the biometrics feature doesn't work. I turn them on and leave the app and when I open it again it's turned off.

User friendly, but the app seems to always have an issue preventing it from having simple in-app tasks done, such as locking card, updating user setting, and sometimes even logging in. 2025 UPDATE The app is easy to navigate, but has some major issues. You can't use the biometric log in option You can't use the quick balance option You can't update your address I've changed my rating from 2 starts to 1.
