The app worked fine at first (in '24/'25) but since the last update (Feb. '26) it won't allow biometric sign in or fast balance even though the account page IN THE APP says it's on. Every time I try it says it must be turned on. Also payment/spending notifications dont work either, even thought they are on and limits set. I wish there was another way to get my plasma donation funds. The app and the companies fee structure are horrible. wish I could leave negative stars.

The app has always routinely refused to allow me to login, but in the past it cleared up after a day or two. Now I've been locked out for at least a week or two. It throws up an error that just says error and indicates some html with "403 forbidden" embedded in it. I've tried everything I can think of including uninstalling and reinstalling, but it just keeps telling me no

Failure! Since the 02/26 update the app is unstable and is hit or miss. Sometimes it opens and functions properly however most of the time it just displays an error message. When it does work it is feature packed and easy to navigate. The "Fast Balance" has never worked for me so I would always need to login to get my balance prior to this most recent update. Unfortunately at this time however it feels like an app being maintained by amateurs or no pay student interns. Good luck!
