This app used to work completely fine. However for the last few weeks it has not worked at all. I'm no longer able to log in, I try to login, an error message comes up. I have also reset my password, but when I went back to try and login again the same message showed up. This app no longer works well for me and is now an inconvenience when I want to check my balance on my card.

App was always slow to load and wouldn't actually allow fast balance access. Last update completely crashed it. No app access. Error code on login attempts. Still able to login online with username and password. So I know its not that. Centers are saying they're moving towards appointments only, so we'll need the app to schedule and pre-register before arrival. Yet the app is entirely unfunctional now that they've pushed clients to all use it.

Failure! Since the 02/26 update the app is unstable and is hit or miss. Sometimes it opens and functions properly however most of the time it just displays an error message. When it does work it is feature packed and easy to navigate. The "Fast Balance" has never worked for me so I would always need to login to get my balance prior to this most recent update. Unfortunately at this time however it feels like an app being maintained by amateurs or no pay student interns. Good luck!
