This app needs serious work. I have it set to remember my log in, which it never does. Super annoying to have to log in manually every single time. I activated the biometrics option, yet it never lets me use it. I have to manually log in because, again, it won't remember me. And I have quick balance turned on, and gues what? IT. DOESN'T. WORK. Fix your product. Seriously.

The app has always routinely refused to allow me to login, but in the past it cleared up after a day or two. Now I've been locked out for at least a week or two. It throws up an error that just says error and indicates some html with "403 forbidden" embedded in it. I've tried everything I can think of including uninstalling and reinstalling, but it just keeps telling me no

This app is a disaster and mostly useless. 50% of the time it won't log me in; it either gives me an error or just spins for a long time. My password and internet connection are just fine - it happens everywhere. Additionally, the biometrics setup is non-existent and the "remember me" option doesn't work either. I've had to disable or uninstall the app on my phone and just log in via the website. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. No luck. Awful.
