I recently attempted to use the mobile banking app from [Bank Name], but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The registration process, which should be straightforward and user-friendly, turned out to be a significant hurdle. Customer service is not fully trained, a delima. However, the real issue began when the app repeatedly failed to recognize the account number I entered, despite it being accurate. Error messages were vague.

Highly regret the inconvenience caused. Please insert complete 14 Digit account number (Inc branch code) or 24 Digit IBAN to complete the registration process. We are continuously working on bringing improvement in "NBP Digital" app's functionality aiming towards making user experience better. Keep using our app to experience the change.

This is the worst app I have ever used so far. It ceashes constantly and tells me my internet connection is weak when it is not. Transactions are very difficult to make in one go as it asks for the account number from which the transaction is being made and then shows no account in the list to select. Several issues which need to be addressed please.

Assalamualaikum. Yesterday I had updated the app and after that I am facing a problem that is of Login. When I try to login it shows that I have logged in but very next second a window appears " session was inactive for too long. please login again". I am trying to login but it keeps on crashing again and again.
