The food is always great but I was very disappointed with my order and pick up experience using the app. I ordered a curbside pickup at the Hagerstown store. I pulled in and called the store. I was told they were working on my order and they would bring it out shortly. Waited 20 minutes with nothing and then made another call. I was then told they were not allowed to bring food out to cars. Please do not promote curbside pickup and ask for a tip if I have to go get my order.

The app stopped working. Was giving a "invalid gateway" message. After uninstalling and reinstalling it now works again. When it works its greak for browsing the menu and placing orders, plus the rewards.

Same problem as others. You enter the credit card information, hit pay, and you get an "invalid authentication token" message and you can't pay or placecthe order.
