I have been ordering by phone at my local Hwy 55 for months now. The food was always correct, tasty, and no issues. I decided to try the app and not only did my whole order not go through, but several items were incorrect. This is all before I get into the very limited selection on the app compared to the restaurant and the fact that setting up an account was an irritating experience done poorly and likely never tested operationally. Just use your cell and call it in. This sucks.

App does not notify the restaurant. 15 minutes after I place an order, I walk in the store and they're riding down my order. A printer or some kind of notification for the store would make the app actually usable. Edit to add: I gave it another shot. They received the order this time, but it was totally wrong. The staff made what was on the ticket, but that was not what I put in.

Zero stars if I could. Sitting in the mobile order spot 26 minutes after notifying them at the drive thru I was here....8 minutes after the app said my order was completed. I can go-to other places, get way better service (my last two orders were not only late but also completely wrong), better food, more food for way less. Not one single person has come to any of us in the mobile pick up spots while I am writing this. Another 20 mins and went in And it was made wrong too. Will not come back
