I've had this app for some years (3 or 4). But in the past few months it hasn't worked. It gives an error "invalid grant ". I've unistalled & installed again & getting same message. No updates since August 2022. So I've had to just use website to place pick up or delivery orders.

First of all don't ninja in a tip. That is theft. It's not my job to subsidize your employees income. If you want them to be paid more then pay them more. I am not tipping someone I had no interaction with. This app is awkward to use and doesn't follow any design or accessibility standards. It looks like it was designed by a first year intern with their eyes closed and their hands tied behind their backs.

Horrible app. Slow, annoying, no rewards despite implying rewards all over the app, and DECEPTIVE. It tries to add 15% tip by default, which is infuriating. And once you place an order? Can't cancel it either, so you have to call every time the app tries to add a ridiculous tip at the last second. This stupid app confirms the price every step of the way until you confirm payment and credit card, and then suddenly includes a tip on the LAST PAGE after you think you've paid. DISHONEST.
