Great Pizza terrible app! Difficult to navigate! App won't save your store, it won't find your nearest location by zip code only with your full address. App kept adding toppings to my pizza which I didn't ask for & weren't there before getting to the checkout page. Once you finally get to the checkout page and discover the order's wrong there's no way to go back & make a change. The only option is to back out and go through the entire lengthy find my store process again. Finally gave up!

Cannot get the app to work. Place phone orders because the pizza is excellent. However, trying to get rewards, promotions, etc. robbed us (myself and the crew working at the shop) close to 2 hours of our combined time. After giving it another shot 2 years later, it's still broken.

Between the app *and* the website, needs a LOT of work. The app can't handle a dine-in order, and if you walk in there's no way to get the Rewards number from the app. You need the Rewards card. And the website has no way to record an order against the Rewards after the fact. Good pizza, but their Thank You Rewards leaves a lot to be desired. :(
