Ratings and reviews

The only banking app in the country that require you to go to a bank to verify your account regularly to even use the online banking. Why call it online banking when you need to keep doing it physically? New account opened also won't show up automatically, and have absolutely no way of adding it as well. So good luck having new account with this bank cause once you have the online "banking" account long ago, it will never get updated anymore.

is a useful app for handling everyday banking tasks. I like that it lets you check your account balance, transfer money, and pay bills without needing to visit a bank branch. The app helps make banking more convenient and accessible. At times the login or loading process may feel a bit slow, but overall it’s a practical and helpful banking app.

Public Bank is very unreliable. I tried to log in on a normal weekend afternoon, but the app kept showing “connection timeout” even though my Wi-Fi was working perfectly fine. Because of this, I couldn’t access my account at all, which is extremely inconvenient. Also, I received a notification saying my Qard Current/Savings Account will be converted to Commodity Murabahah (Tawarruq). There was no clear explanation of what this means, and I was not asked for my consent.
