The only banking app in the country that require you to go to a bank to verify your account regularly to even use the online banking. Why call it online banking when you need to keep doing it physically? New account opened also won't show up automatically, and have absolutely no way of adding it as well. So good luck having new account with this bank cause once you have the online "banking" account long ago, it will never get updated anymore.

The app was just straight up trash, like it was so damn laggy. I doubt that it was even my phone or Internet issue, other apps load just fine and was incredibly smooth. I had to wait around 10 seconds or more just after clicking one single button then another long seconds after clicking another one. Literally fix this issue immediately. One or two is fine but the more this happens it started to pissed me off

Full of bugs like the older PB engage app. In-app keyboard does not allow caps lock. When I chose the log in phrase to be correct, it still gave an error message that says log in phrase incorrect, but it doesn't affect anything. Very concerning for the security when the app is not made well. Using debit card in digital wallet for paywave seldom works, which makes it useless. The challenge questions also are extremely limited and very out of touch. Not everyone has an answer to these questions.
