Ratings and reviews

The only banking app in the country that require you to go to a bank to verify your account regularly to even use the online banking. Why call it online banking when you need to keep doing it physically? New account opened also won't show up automatically, and have absolutely no way of adding it as well. So good luck having new account with this bank cause once you have the online "banking" account long ago, it will never get updated anymore.

I'm having a connection timeout error. When I click 'proceed,' the app doesn't move. If I click 'no,' a popup appears but I still can't move forward. I need to access my account urgently, but I cannot uninstall the app because I don't want to go through the bank identity confirmation again. Please fix this bug.
