Track your users much? This app tracks me ALL. THE. TIME. Not merely when I'm at a facility and hope it is & should be tracking, but even when I have NOT accepted any shifts. I manually turn off the apps locating permission as well as my phone's location capabilities. Than my phone is constantly asking me to turn on my location b/c THIS app 'needs' to know where my location is.

It's great so far. The pay for the agency is good because they pay you the same day typically after the shift. The only issue I'd like to point out is that the inbox doesn't show all the requests for shifts. It used to, but maybe it's a bug. Please fix. I also think there needs to be a list of shifts menu (so you can scroll through them without having to patiently wait for a notification for a shift just to pop up )

"New" App came out today. Made such a big deal about it all week. I updated it just now and.... it's exactly the same. It just changed design. The features aren't any better. It's a bad design at that. LOOKS CARTOONY. The old design was a little more professional. I was hoping to see an update on the features of the app. Like sorting the messages by date or location; keeping an inbox of previously composed inquires for our record. Maybe record of timeslips submitted. They should have asked us .
