Ratings and reviews

They have the worst customer service. You can't get through in timely manner through app chat or phone calls. It's the worst. I'm still trying to get pass the application part, it says someone was assigned to me and would contact me but yet I have called them twice, they put me in que for callbacks and I have waited still for almost 20 minutes

The app is not working after its update. will not let me clock in/out. Even with my location on ( says to leave it on ALL the time, which is ridiculous). It drains phones battery. Something is ALWAYS wrong with it. It closes out and stops working whenever you try to do ANYTHING, just very annoying. If i didnt need it for my agency I would delete it all together.

The app constantly notifies me of purported available shifts I click on the shifts literally within 30-60 seconds get routed to the app poof nothing. All day everyday. I uninstall & reinstall. Run updates. Same scenario every single day. Every once in awhile it works. This is draining. It's 2023. Get some proper IT personnel to run an efficient app. It should not be this hard. Beyond frustrating and irritating.
