My experience? Everything was fine for a couple years. Now, and out of nowhere they changed my account without any sort of notice other than an "email" changing my card to carry an 8 dollar a month 96 dollar a year annual fee. No reason, no justification. I bet a lot of folks dont even know and are paying that fee blindly. Very very shady business practice. I hope this company enjoys sitting next to Blockbuster, circuit city and radio shack. Update: after the interest and fee 3 goes to principl

BE CAREFUL! They will randomly switch your account over and impose fees, with your only options being to deal with it or opt out entirely (i.e. closing your acc, irradiating a line of credit). No warning and no explanation! Even after speaking with a representative, they could not answer as to why this was. My initial account had no monthly fees, a grace period for payments, and virtually no limitations on what I could buy. Now my apr is higher, I'm forced to pay $8 a month, late fees, and more!

Petal 2 experience was great, I was able to salvage my credit from a dumb decision made when I was young & now have great credit. However, like some others, I've been bumped to Petal 1 Rise out of nowhere, which is more limiting and comes with fees. My income hasn't changed, and has even improved when compared to months ago but I feel arbitrarily penalized. Prior to this? 5 stars. Now? I consider cancelling. There's no explanation for mobility out of this and they can change my limit at will 👎
