Using this app was the worst experience ever. I selected in-store pickup. At checkout (5 items), I was told something wasn't available in the quantity I wanted at the store. I changed the quantity from 2 to 1, same message. This repeated for 3 more items. Several things are poorly done: The items should have never been available to select in the first place! At checkout, all items not available should be indicated. I shouldn't have to go through the whole process for each item!

When I downloaded the app it created another account that did not sync up to my email or account number. When I was not getting my coupons or member deals I called Customer Service and they could not honor the sales that were on the new created account. 1 star for lack of customer service and poor quality app. App is the worst. Difficult to find products and doesn't keep track of perks/coupons. Not worth the hassle or headache. Switching to a different subscription.

My review today, May 3, 2024: The app keeps closing when I try to view a dog food. Many times has this app stated "no results found" and its still slow. wish everything would be more smooth Why is this app so slow? I've heard great news about the perks thru the app but it's too slow for every click. and sometimes it just closes on me. not sure if it's worth the hassle. not too sure how to rate it at this time.
