Ratings and reviews

Great for services and to see store inventory. DO NOT under any circumstances order store products through the app! Just go through doordash directly so you can properly track the order or contact the driver. If you order any store inventory through the app, it will not allow you to dispute the transaction if anything goes wrong (driver drops your order off at the wrong house, incorrect items etc.) For grooming/pet hotel services this is absolutely fantastic and works well.

I'm having similar issues as others. Clicking on an item to order I consistently get "Oops something went wrong. Try again later". Or if I click on a category, I get a blank page. This is a good way to turn off customers and force them to a competitor's site. Update 5/25/24 - app is still unusable! Will not pull up searched items, still getting "oops" message, and even if you pick a category, you get a blank screen. Please FIX the app!!!! Just updated the app; still not working.

The second the app opens, every single time, I get the "sorry, we couldn't find what you were looking for. Please try again later" message. I can occasionally click to a new screen, but the pop-up just continues to appear, making the entire app completely useless & I only downloaded the app because the PetSmart website was doing almost the exact same thing.
