About this app

Understanding her cycle shouldn’t feel like a mystery.

Phases is a period tracker built for men. Instead of guessing what your girlfriend or wife might be going through, Phases helps you understand the four phases of her menstrual cycle, what each one can mean for her mood, energy, and symptoms, and how you can support her.

Whether you’re dating, engaged, or married, Phases gives you a simple playbook for being a more informed, more supportive partner.

SEE HER CYCLE AT A GLANCE
Phases turns cycle tracking into a simple visual timeline so you can see which phase she’s likely in and what’s coming next, from her period through ovulation and into the PMS days.
Know when she may be feeling:
• More energetic
• More social
• More emotional
• In need of extra rest

PLAN AROUND HER PHASES
The Planner shows her projected phases on a calendar. Pick what you have in mind and Phases suggests the best window for it:
• Romantic evening
• Big night out
• Chill weekend
• Important talk
• Give her space
Add birthdays, anniversaries, vacations, and date nights, set reminders, and never get caught off guard again.

LEARN WHAT EACH PHASE MEANS
The Learn tab breaks down the menstrual, follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases in plain language:
• Hormone changes
• Common symptoms, including PMS
• Foods that may help
• What she may be feeling physically and emotionally

GET REAL SUPPORT TIPS
Not sure how to help? Phases gives you practical tips for every phase so you know when to:
• Give her space
• Offer help
• Plan something fun
• Bring snacks (yes, seriously)

STAY A STEP AHEAD
Notifications let you know when a new phase is coming, so you can check in before it starts instead of after.

BUILT FOR THE PARTNER
Most period and cycle apps are made for women tracking their own cycle. Phases is made for the guy who wants to understand it. Better understanding means better communication, fewer misunderstandings, and a stronger relationship.

FEATURES
• Cycle phase timeline
• Planner with best timing suggestions
• Calendar for birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights
• Event reminders and phase notifications
• Learn section for all four phases
• Support tips for every phase

Phases is for education and relationship support, not medical advice. Every cycle is different, so phase predictions are estimates. For health concerns, she should talk with her doctor.
Her cycle, explained for guys. Phase updates, support tips, and a date planner.

It's like watching Modern Family when Phil realizes his wife and daughters are all on their period at the same time. Tread softly or die! In all seriousness it's really nice to have an app that tracks the general changes happening, gives the why behind it, and then explains ways to help your spouse. Most of the time I want to help but hopelessly attempt to help in the wrong way. This helps for sure

Great idea, good clean app. Has a few bugs with continuity. Once those are fixed, this would be a game changer for men.
