About this app

PIVOT is the employee app for Phoenix Group. It brings the HR portal you already use on the web into your pocket — check your leave balance, book time off, approve your team's requests, find a colleague and keep up with what's happening across the company.

Sign in with your work email address and a one-time code sent to that inbox. There is no password to remember.

LEAVE
• See your leave balances at a glance — allocated, taken, pending and remaining, by leave type
• Submit a leave request in a few taps and watch it move through each approval stage
• Browse your full leave history for the year
• Managers and approvers get a Tasks queue for reviewing and actioning their team's requests

YOUR DASHBOARD
• A personalised home screen with your leave overview and what's coming up
• See who on your team is away before you plan around them
• A ticker of the latest announcements and today's birthdays
• A nudge when part of your profile is still missing details

PEOPLE
• Search the employee directory by name, department or job title
• Open a colleague's profile and tap to call or email them
• Explore the org chart to see how teams fit together

DOCUMENTS AND REQUESTS
• Keep your personal documents in one place and upload new ones straight from your phone
• Read the policies, handbooks and other material HR has shared with you
• Request HR letters from the types your HR team offers, then download yours once it is approved
• Reach the company's internal forms without hunting for links

PERFORMANCE
• Review your appraisals and performance scores
• Follow performance discussions and improvement plans, with objectives, actions and progress kept in one place

STAY INFORMED
• Company announcements in full, not just a headline
• A shared calendar of leave, public holidays, birthdays and work anniversaries

PIVOT follows your device's light or dark theme and works on both phones and tablets.

Note: PIVOT connects to Phoenix Group's HR system and requires an active employee account. If you are not a Phoenix Group employee, you will not be able to sign in.
