This application has some nice functions, but it is quite slow, even over BJ's free Wi-Fi. The worst part is that it is so often worries about what it wants to do, rather than focusing on what I want to do. Too many upsells, too much waiting on the spinning pizza, and still no menu search function even after all these years.

No BJ company contact information to inquire for help, app doesn't allow change of email address or other updates. continues to display another State and wont allow preference changes as if its frozen. App itself is terrible. Food is good. I used to get emails once upon a time but that stopped. So, now I dont go, instead I visit other restaurants that remember I'm a customer.

This app always says an error has occurred, in order to use it I need to uninstall it and reinstall. Also doesn't show my points or history. When I order online and pick up, I have mentioned these problems to manager. He has said that a lot of customers have the same problem and that they are trying to fix these things on the app. It has been over a year and the problem is still not fixed. Very frustrating.
