Buggy every time! I prefer when our wait staff types in our number, but tonight we tried, yet again, to use the app. 8 mins to try to figure out how to apply the reward, then failed to load it 4x, finally loads up, then errors 3x for payment before it finally goes through. It's just sooooo much easier to have the server type in the number. This app is worthless except to check where your rewards are.

no matter what I do, I cannot sign up for the loyalty program. it requires a phone number and the box that the number needs to go into is not working properly. at one point after 12 times or more of trying to enter the number, it had put the number on the email address line instead. I even left, went back and tried to enter the number 7 or 8 more times. realizing that the definition of insanity is to continue to do something over and over and expecting a different result, I stopped.

Just show me what the restaurant has available. Some things it tells you aren't available when you try to select them. Other things it doesn't tell you until you try to pay. It shouldn't be so difficult for me to figure out what I can order from you. Ended up giving up on drinks and deserts after one after the other said it wasn't available when I went to pay. And it only tells you one thing at a time so you get the error, go back remove the item, order something else, then repeat the failure.
