Left hand or right hand? The question sounds simple. It stops being simple when you have
one second to look at a photograph and the clock is running.

PhysioDex takes the first phase of the Graded Motor Imagery programme and turns it into
six games that fit in a pocket. A round lasts a minute. No connection, no account, no
ads: everything happens on your phone, and nothing leaves it.

Score, accuracy, average reaction time, best streak. Your progress is stored locally,
round after round, and you can erase all of it with one tap.

Left/right discrimination is the first of the three phases described by G. L. Moseley in
the graded motor imagery protocols. The app explains where each exercise comes from and
what the literature says — including what it does not say. No promise of a cure: these
are exercises, not a treatment.
