App developers should look more into designing a app which is not a headache to use. I don't want the floating shortcut for pickme app and don't want to turn off power saving mode for my whole device when I can add an exception for the app. It's constantly asking for permissions. Definitely not user friendly.

disappointed at app. Customer base is okay. But company is taking a cut of 25%- 28% from every single trip. Its way too high, i drove for an almost two months. I dont have enough money to at least do my vehicle's service. I am going for uber, they are better🙂, pickme is a scam

20% Commission Rate is excessive, especially when considering the potential for complete losses (no hire, no return) that don't even cover basic costs like fuel. Vehicle depreciation, spare parts and service costs further compound these challenges. Hire details, including pickup & drop locations are often missing or inaccurate, hindering decision-making. Estimated Trip Duration and Fare Information would be invaluable. Additionally, driver feedback & fare adjustments should be prioritized.
