not all foreign cards can be used in picpay, mostly brazilian cards. it's hard to issue the physical card as you must top up the balance with 200 reais to issue a card. for foreigners it's hard to open the account in picpay and it makes it irrelevant to use if you don't have legal Brazilian documents

Desculpa o review em Inglês. Faz tanto tempo que nem lembrava que o app era BR. Eu não tenho redes sociais. Me dá um meio de contato normal, por favor. Review original: All I want is to go in to cancel my account. It doesn't let me reset my password. It says I would receive an email in 30 minutes. I didn't receive any email. It scans my face and an error happens. I opened this account some 5 years ago and forgot it existed. All I want is to get rid of this!

Just don't lose your time. Worst payment app ever. Promos are not worth it, has a lot of bugs and the SAC is awful. Plus, all your transactions are published as public by default, so anyone with your username can track your activities. I had a major problem with uploading files, so tried SAC up to 4 times and every time they sent the same automatic message. In the last time, the staff made me wait an entire day and didn't solve my issue. This app is bad in so many levels.
