I’ve had a really frustrating experience with the Floos app. For no clear reason, my account has been disabled twice—once last month and again this month, each time for 30 days I reached out to customer support hoping for clarification, but instead of a clear explanation, I received vague and unhelpful responses. Even after requesting them to restore my account, there’s been no action or proper resolution. And worst customer support team.

i am facing an issue for past one year, and raised complaints more than 6 times still the issue not fixed. and still flooss team didn't find what the cause of issue. every time when i call to customer support they are tell its will set try to use other number. no use

Very disappointing experience with Floossplit. My application showed temporarily disabled with no clear reason. When I contacted customer care, they just kept saying my credit score is low without giving any proper explanation. Even when I asked for details, my questions were ignored. As a customer I have the right to know why my account is restricted and what is affecting my credit score especially when I am employed and receiving a regular salary.Lack of transparency and poor customer service
