Ratings and reviews

The Pilates classes are nice, however, this app significantly lacks functionality and is not user friendly. Without search and filter functions, it's pretty much impossible to find what you're looking for. I'm a little unsure why this app exists at all, as it provides no benefits over the mobile site.

Update: prompt support is great. My password issue is resolved. In case it's of use to anyone else, no need for special characters in password. Just use alphanumerics. Thanks for your prompt attention to my problem. Issue: website password doesnt work in app. cant find any help on website or here to figure out this issue.

On initial purchase I was unable to access the app. I left a negative review. Company support emailed me promptly within 24hrs and rectified the issue their end. They also extended my trial period. Great content. Have yet to fully explore the full library available. Looking forward to taking advantage of the full complement of videos.
