Ratings and reviews

Very hard to navigate and required interaction survey system is spammy. I suggest putting these ads at the POS kiosks and instead come up with things me excited to use the app instead of just letting it be a personal hellhole. Some ideas would be for shopping to study your stores in depth and let me get everything available in the app then letting me scan my account at the POS and it will transfer my list over - that's one thing that might just save me time instead of wasting it.

I like the app. However, some of the tasks, after completing them, do not give you the promised bonuses. I wish all the locations had details as to what food services are associated with that particular location. The Loves app shows you what food services they have per individual location, which makes it easy to determine if its a place I want to stop. I wish Pilot / Flying J's point system was like Loves, where you keep your status for fuel. It's kinda silly how it resets every month.

If it actually works, it's a great app. Sadly, it's a tossup whether or not it will. It's awesome when it does, but 3/5 times I'm either having to use the card reader at the pump or go inside, then you might not get your points for the transaction when it does work. Been a couple of times I've had to file for missed points.
