I think they are the best when it comes to Free phone service. They give alot of data on their website. Keep up the good work guys.

Them and SafeLink are the worst carriers I have encountered, as they will immediately disconnect you when they see another CA Lifeline service was applied for, leaving you without any service until you get the new phone or SIM, and it also means you have to jump through hoops to get your number transferred! Granted I hate Assurance Wireless' customer service, but their actual service with T-Mobile is one of if not the best out there!

This site is extremely easy and convenient to navigate. Font size acceptable not too small or cluttered somewhat redundant with information but not too overwhelming. Yet add-ons are optional the way they're introduce is in no way pushy, it's explained quite simply and direct. All in all good job!
