regularly logs you out so you don't get your slices and despite now having 15 slices every time I try to redeem then the payment fails. remove the free stuff and it works fine. I emailed about the issue and was told its fine because I still have them. no its not fine. I cant use them. rewards system is a scam and I miss so many slices because I get logged out and don't get told to log in because it doesn't look any different

since the overhaul of the app I am completely unable to login. I get sent an email to login to my account but the link in that email just sends me back to the front page of the app which wants me to enter my email which just sends the exact same email! just a constant loop of getting kicked back the start page of the app and am literally unable to use it to order anything. Incredible how they've made an app that cannot do the one thing it's designed for!

I lost all my rewards because the app logged me out and then said there's no account under my email. When I tried to create another account it said that the email is already in use for an account. I ended up ordering by phone, but I'm never ordering from them again, as we're in the 21st century, and I just don't want to order by phone. I'm going with Domino's 😜
