After navigating through the various "deals" that just bring everything back down to an tolerable price, I get a message saying "The Hut Store is not accepting delivery orders". At 7pm on a Saturday. Option to "try another store" - there are none. And then I get an email reminding me that I have items in my basket that I haven't checked out yet. I would if I could! Arguably the best takeaway pizza but still the worst customer experience. Ordered elsewhere in the end.

The app is very complicated. It asks for a 1 time password but doesn't always go back to the app. When I tried to claim a free pizza, it couldn't cope with a zero basket and the payments hung for 5 mins. Only when I added a paid for element did it then accept the order. It's not clear on whether you are ordering ASAP or scheduled on thr checkout. In general I get very frustrated every time I try to order.

Still requires urgent improvements. Can't add anything to the basket, just a spinning circle. When order is finally added after many attempts, checkout says no phone number is present but it is. If the Pizza Hut company doesn't want money then that's fine, there are other companies who do. But as the app doesn't want make a sale it basically renders it useless so 1 star.
