Ratings and reviews

I wish I could give it a better rating, since I love Pizza Nova, but the app is so glitchy. Half the time I have issues with it loading and/or logging in. there's no delivery in my area, and doing the pickup option is often an exercise in futility. I have to click the same thing over and over, which sometimes results in my order being wiped and I have to start over. I love the points option, but if I consistently have to call in or just go there and order at the counter, I'm not getting them.

This app is atrocious. Signing in is a struggle and takes multiple attempts. I spent 10 minutes putting together an order only for the "optimizer" to fail and the confirm order button to not allow me to proceed. no reason given. I ended up just calling in my order and deleting the app.

pretty terrible. you can't actually order delivery. I put in all of my info, it confirmed my address and everything seemed fine, until I went to complete the order and I noticed that suddenly it said closed above my address(which to be clear is a house). and when I hit confirm it let me know that the store I wanted to deliver my pizza to was closed and to pick another date and time. which of course it wouldn't let me do as my home is not in fact a pizza nova, but a house. the worst app.
