Ratings and reviews

Useless. Literally haven't been able to place an order for at least 3 weeks. Even if, by some miracle, I'm able to log in, I get an error when trying to checkout. I hope you're losing lots of money because of your inability to maintain a functioning app, something every other restaurant seems to have no problem with.

I wish I could give it a better rating, since I love Pizza Nova, but the app is so glitchy. Half the time I have issues with it loading and/or logging in. there's no delivery in my area, and doing the pickup option is often an exercise in futility. I have to click the same thing over and over, which sometimes results in my order being wiped and I have to start over. I love the points option, but if I consistently have to call in or just go there and order at the counter, I'm not getting them.

It's Friday evening. 530pm. Thinking of getting pizza. App opens but everything is slooooooooooooooow. Order wont finalize to submit. Disappointed in the basics not working in the year 2026. Gonna order elsewhere without server issues when it counts most.
