Ratings and reviews

I wish I could give it a better rating, since I love Pizza Nova, but the app is so glitchy. Half the time I have issues with it loading and/or logging in. there's no delivery in my area, and doing the pickup option is often an exercise in futility. I have to click the same thing over and over, which sometimes results in my order being wiped and I have to start over. I love the points option, but if I consistently have to call in or just go there and order at the counter, I'm not getting them.

Every time this app is updated. it logs me out and it takes forever to log back in. It doesn't even save that I have enabled biometrics. It is frustrating enough that it is making me rethink my choice to order from here.

App has been revamped sometime in the past year, worked okay for a few orders, now you literally cannot get through placing an order it's so buggy and takes forever to load and randomly just closes at times. Junk at this point have resorted to ordering online. 2025-October: the app is still barely usable, load times through the roof, fails to load. even the website suffers from the same issues. this is just ridiculous guys. please hire the Domino's tech guys to get your sht in order.
