Why do I have to reset my password every time? I love Pizza Nova. My favourite pizza in the city. Their rewards, when the app works or I bother resetting my password, are fantastic. But I can't be bothered to reset my password every single time I open the app. I know my password is correct - I use a password manager. Input my credentials, there's a quick loading notification and... Nothing. No incorrect password notification, it simply doesn't log in. The only fix is resetting my password.

Not worth installing, the points system is pretty sad. it takes forever to build the points you will never make it to a free pizza because you start loosing points before you can actually claim anything. Tons of money spent and nothing free...made to a free panzo but by the time I wanted to claim points were deducted. So the app has been closed and uninstalled. No point

so after collecting enough point for a pizza, I found out when I logged in the app recently that your points expire, like why even have a rewards program if your points expire? I think they have good pizza but this is no way to treat customers who collect your points. never getting pizza nova again.
