Order on the app more expensive than in-store. Also, There is problem on the order when I use a coupon. Firstly, it required add $4.99. Then, when I tried to place the order with subtotal less than $9.99, it doesn't allow to process/complete my order. I was asked to spend more money and pay more what I don't want to do. If I have to pay the same without coupon code, why would Pizza pizza run this promotion and this coupon? cheating.

App works well but it's stupid that you have to pay a surcharge and have a minimum $9.99 order for a pickup order, I can't claim the free pizza with a coupon because of this without having to add $10 worth of things that I don't want, I just want the pizza and nothing else but I can't because of this. Other pizzerias don't have these kind of limitations for pickup orders.

the worst app ever made ! I made an order that came to 43$ tonight and there was a glitch at check out . but it took the 43 bucks out of my account and it shows in the app that the order was made and in my bank account. But they said I didn't order anything 🤬 I called to get my money back and they were no help ,didn't speak English I will no longer buy anything from pizza pizza again. and probably won't see my 43$ again if I could post pictures I would show the screenshot I took.
