Ratings and reviews

After months of using this difficult to use app, it stopped working altogether. I gave it a few weeks to settle down, then uninstalled and reinstalled it, powered down my android phone, and made sure everything was up to date. no luck. I tried phoning in my order and spoke to some who kept saying ok like a question instead of a confirmation. very frustrating. it made me install your competitors app.

This app is totally unreliable. I plugged in two gift cards totally $30.08, the amount was there, and it totally disappeared. I called customer service and they advised the app has tech issues and this is normal. I've noticed the 11-11 account balances appearing and disappearing and I've lost my redemption balance many times. But taking a gift card balance is totally unacceptable. And for customer service just to say this app is buggy and not address the issue is absolute nonsense.

the app makes ordering your pizza a breeze. you can make all the necessary requests and selections you want and basically get the exact Pizza you want with no misunderstandings ready for pickup or delivery when you're hungry for Pizza Wings or anything else on the menu for the most part all the bugs have been taken out of the previous versions so it's quite easy and comfortable to use now!
