Yes, the app is convenient, but the company itself couldn't care less about their customers or fixing their mistakes. I placed the order twice through the app today and never got sent through. I have bigger problems with Pizza Pizza so I hope people start speaking up when they have issues with them, the only way anything will change. I would recommend using the "Feedback" or "contact us" options offered by the app and website as you will probably not get any replies.
It's pretty cool that you can order through an app, but unfortunately the app is not always reliable. Usually we have to create our order about 2 times. Which is kind of tiring especially when you are hungry and you just customized your order.
I love that you can order on the app and then pick up at the store. If you time it right, order is ready when you get there. Only complaint is that the app is quite slow. It takes a few seconds to respond after every step.
Idk if it's the app or my pizza pizza but I can never get the QR reader to work with my phone, I've lost out of getting points towards free pizzas several times and have almost given up on pizza pizza and there broken system. Not to mention my points that I did have all vanished. I even tried contacting the head office and they were just as useless in helping. Talk about knowing how to keep customers. Disappointed.
Constantly erroring and causing loss of accumulated club 11-11 funds and loses winnings from previous order... however convenient for not having to call and talk to grouchy people
Clunky, slow, and ugly. A company this rock solid in the marketplace can and should do better.
