Ratings and reviews

Order on the app more expensive than in-store. Also, There is problem on the order when I use a coupon. Firstly, it required add $4.99. Then, when I tried to place the order with subtotal less than $9.99, it doesn't allow to process/complete my order. I was asked to spend more money and pay more what I don't want to do. If I have to pay the same without coupon code, why would Pizza pizza run this promotion and this coupon? cheating. Don't add card payment in the app, you will regret it.

the pizza is great but this app kind of falls short. The track order function disappears over time and there are a ton of bugs. Like it asks for your birthday but no way to enter it. Every time I open the app it's like I have never opened it. For a national company I expect more. please fix or spend more time debugging.

It's good when nothing goes wrong, but as I've just learned the hard way, make sure to double check your cart before you check out, because for some reason, the 2x medium pizza deal I ordered, which included a gluten and dairy free pizza, somehow un-configured itself, and we ended up with 2 regular cheese pizzas with gluten and cheese, and my partner was 2 slices deep before she even realized.
