With an Android phone and the desktop receiver app, scanned data can be sent wirelessly and entered directly at the current cursor position as keyboard input (*Note 1). This makes it easy to add barcode input to existing or legacy systems without modifying them.
You can also export scanned content as a text file on your Android phone and share it with your computer (*Note 2).

Your Android phone and computer must be connected to the same local network. Alternatively, enable the Wi-Fi hotspot on your Android phone and connect your computer or laptop to it.
