Metlife is totally disappointing. they don't reflect anything properly. customer care doesn't pick the call and they mail you the same copy paste again and again. Don't ever opt for this nonsense.

Not working. Every time massage displayed "it seems mpin used another device please login OTP." but there is no option for login through OTP.

worst. it should be a dukhi app. I am unable to see one of my policy. I am trying to update the kyc. 4th step is not working. raised ticket to about missing policy details, no response from the PNB MetLife team. Sent email, getting auto generated response. called on toll free type this and that with autotune in the background, still no use. If I could, I would have given them zero star.
