this app is genuinely awful. FAQ is broken and I can't even find out how to contact anyone for support

Literally doesn't work. I've tried adding my vehicle via both my VIN and my agreement number, and in both instances, it doesn't accept my zip code as valid. I have the same issue with their website. I called and verified that the credentials I'm using are correct—absolutely worthless product.

Absolutely shocking app. Terrible to use and doesn't work. Contacted them about an issue and the text is black on a black background so you can't see what you are typing. diabolical
