Have RAC paint and scuff insurance which tells me to download this app to make a claim. I can only choose from the following: broken down, service, written off, other/not sure, well the only slightly relevant option is other, click that and it says , based on my contract and the information you provided, we are unable to assist. Well ain't that great!! What's the point if you don't give an option relevant to your claim 🤔

Absolutely shocking app. Terrible to use and doesn't work. Contacted them about an issue and the text is black on a black background so you can't see what you are typing. diabolical

Literally doesn't work. I've tried adding my vehicle via both my VIN and my agreement number, and in both instances, it doesn't accept my zip code as valid. I have the same issue with their website. I called and verified that the credentials I'm using are correct—absolutely worthless product.
