Process is rather easy. However, logging in is a timely process because on first time logging in it glitches out and doesn't populate the continue button on the send a code page. then when you go to file a claim even if you click on a different device it only populate one phone number. so I don't know if im filing a claim on the given number that you cant change or the device that you clicked on. as the account holder is should be able to file claims for all devices on my account.

Easy with access to Android opinioned apps that are said to be the best. Lots of specific phone articles that highlight capabilities. For my phn, there are many ill probably never use. I wasn't aware of them, either. It's another rabbit hole of interesting data like the best language courses, printing, photo and video apps. I must keep up with self-learning AI machines out there, right? 😀

absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! they pushed me past my breaking point. the whole story is to long and frankly unbelievable. they sent me a dirty phone 8 days later then we're supposed to send me a new one and I send this dirty out of the trash phone and my broken phone back but only sent me a shipping cable for my broken phone imei # so have to call back yet again to see what is happening. absolute worst experience ever!!!!!!
