Process is rather easy. However, logging in is a timely process because on first time logging in it glitches out and doesn't populate the continue button on the send a code page. then when you go to file a claim even if you click on a different device it only populate one phone number. so I don't know if im filing a claim on the given number that you cant change or the device that you clicked on. as the account holder is should be able to file claims for all devices on my account.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how convenient the app was, and very impressed with how quick and easy it was replacing my defective device through the app. Thank you very much.

god it took weeks to get through to finally get the claim done.. i tried to set up the app and thought I had gotten it but then it would not let me login . Tried to talk to customer service and they didnt listen to me. They just escalated it and pushed it up the chain. Until after 2 weeks they closed ths ticket out .. Then I tried again to login and had to set it all up again .. And the simplification of my email by making me login to yahoo just added more grinding to get it done .. 3 weeks lat
