I recently got the S26 Ultra and trade in my old phone. I've called twice and spoke with 3 reps. Im being charged $762 a error on their end. My past 2 bills were $130 a month. I returned the old phone the same day I got the new one. They verified it each time I called and said it would be corrected within 48 hrs that never happened. Their customer service has no clue what their doing. They better correct this ASAP!

New Update: the $15 insurance plan with FREE screen replacement/repairs has been denied by assurance. they would rather collect a $99 deductible and replace my device. OldUpdate: I did finally, after 2 weeks of effort and randomly calling corporate support numbers. reach a care team member in the states at corporate escalation who was able to resolve my bill. in general I can say Xfinity provides good products, but customer service outside the United States should be replaced in its entirety.

I have a damaged device keeps overheating. They want me to send the only active line I have before they send me a replacement said if I don't send it within 5 days I will be charged $599. I am the victim of stalking and have no other means to make a phone call if something happens. They are claiming I never sent back the previous damaged device. I spent 45 mins on the phone just being extremely confused. Now My PTSD is heightened alert. They are forcing my hand to be in unsafe situation
