Downloaded the app and tried to register the account. It never sends the verification link to my email address and when i click that I didn't receive it after several minutes for the second request, I still don't receive it. On the third attempt it says call customer service. Now an error message displays that I am locked due to multiple attempts. I still haven't received the first verification to my email address as of yet. And yes, I checked my spam box, thanks for asking.

What a terrible app. One star seems too high. T mobile recommended this app for my new wireless internet, but the app doesn't show any literature for my gateway model. On top of that, whenever I relogin, or reinstall the app, it readds my cell phone, so now my one phone is listed 5 times. And when I try to delete the last 4 entries of it, nothing happens. This is the worst app on my phone.

Send validation code kept saying it was wrong never got all the way through to validate the account just gave up because I didn't like six times in every number that came for validation kept getting an error or was saying unavailable something like that and I was putting in the right #'s
