Downloaded the app and tried to register the account. It never sends the verification link to my email address and when i click that I didn't receive it after several minutes for the second request, I still don't receive it. On the third attempt it says call customer service. Now an error message displays that I am locked due to multiple attempts. I still haven't received the first verification to my email address as of yet. And yes, I checked my spam box, thanks for asking.

Doesn't help with TMobile router problems. The Tmobile call center signed me up for the app without my agreement. When I reviewed the things it helped with I realized that I wouldn't get a geek. Pocket geek simply could not answer a question like why no ping response through the Tmobile router. chatGPT did a better job solving my problem. And of course it wouldn't install on older phones.

Downloaded it from the App Store. Opened & selected new customer to create account. Page opens to fields to fill out. Tapped on field for name, The keyboard opens for less than 1 second and closes. No matter how many times you tap on this field, you get the same result and you cannot enter your name or create an account. Unable to use for my brand-new, out-of-the-box, T-Mobile 5g Gateway Home Internet . Disappointed. Perhaps it is a one-off event and it will work tomorrow. I will update
