I can't for the world sign up bc it's not taking my address. I've tried almost everything besides what will work. I saw the suggestion about putting the address in maps and then copying and pasting it to the sign up page however that doesn't work either. I've tried other addresses just to see and they don't work either! This is super frustrating and I'm wondering what glitch is occurring.

Just like Instacart there is no notification sound when an order comes in. This is what the app is about, filling orders. To not miss an order, we are forced to keep looking at the screen while driving or taking care of other things...or not do anything else at all to watch the screen. Makes no sense at all. Also, each time I arrive at my drop off location it says that I'm not there and it has to be verified. I've not been wrong about location yet. Unnecessary. Fix it.

The Point Pickup Driver Support is terrible! It takes them 15 to 30 minutes to respond to any issues. Also, I've had deliveries get canceled in the middle of me doing the delivery, because they "timed out". I don't think they have a way of tracking deliveries that are in progress...because, if they did, they would know that the orders are in the middle of being delivered and not cancel them in the middle of transit! It's annoying to have to return orders back to the store and not get fully paid
